Covenant Women, our women’s ministry, gets together for fellowship, Bible and book study, and service. We pursue service opportunities as individual women suggest them and volunteer to organize them. During the school year, we have a prayer partner program that includes local college students, and we have bridal showers and baby showers whenever a member gets married or has a baby.
Our mission is “to foster Spirit-filled fellowship and Christ-centered community among the women of the church with an aim toward contributing to the church’s overall work of worship, edification and witness.”
Women’s Morning Bible Study: The women’s morning Bible study is currently studying Ruth using the book God of the Ordinary: A Study in the Book of Ruth by Alistair Begg. It meets the first, and third, and fifth Thursday mornings of every month at 9:30 a.m. in the church fellowship hall. Childcare is available. Any woman is welcome to join us at any time! Women’s Evening Bible Study: The women’s evening Bible study is currently studying Jude using the book Jude: Contending for the Faith in Today’s Culture by Jackie Hill Perry. It meets the second and fourth Wednesday evenings of every month at 7 p.m. in the homes of various members. Any woman is welcome to join us at any time!
